These last 3 years, I have been working and collaborating in many different projects. Projects related to music, culture, art, business and my personal blog. I love to work in team. When you are working with people, you can contrast your ideas, you can learn new ways of thinking, and you can have fun. I define myself as project manager cause I like to design project ideas and actions looking from a global vision. I easily see general structure of the problem or the idea, my mind makes some connections and after that, I start designing strategies of how to act. Finally, what I like is create connections, share with a group of people and start prototyping.

COINCIDENCIAS *Refresh Thinking* is a business project created by Amaya Rodriguez and me, Iranzu Guijarro. We started in 2010 after 1 year Master degree of Leadership Adventure in Team Academy Euskadi. Coincidencias *Refresh Thinking* boosts new ways of thinking developing workshops to improve team working and the art of learning together. ANALYSIS x IMAGINATION x NEW CREATION.

BAKIO SOUND promoted by Guretxoko Musikarte Collective is a Local Music Festival that take place in Bakio (small village of Basque Country) in summertime. We started organizing this event 6 years ago. This 2013, it is 7th edition. Our team is totally interdisciplinary but we have a common passion, Music. We want to offer a new space and good ambient to local music bands. We like to mix different styles of music…rock, reggae, electronic, pop, hard-core, acoustic concerts etc. Bands: Wilhem and The Dancing Animals, Belako, Señores, Mursego, Akatz, Joseba Irazoki, Dj Nara, Sonic Trash, Eneko Mobydick, Harry, Pedro Mckay, Sound Riders, Reggae Sound System, O’Brien.

BEHAR BIKIAK by Ane San Miguel, @artepilpilean & Iranzu Guijarro, @IranGrace.

Last June, Ane and me proposed this project in Conexiones Improbables, slow innovation basque program, to collaborate with a basque agriculture association. It is so curious how Ane and me started working together. I remembered perfectly calling her by Skype from Helsinki and trying to explain all my ideas and my willingness of doing something attractive. She was so excited listening to me…In a minute we started collaborating and creating this BEHAR BIKIAK PROJECT. This January, we presented again in Art Clinic Bilbao.

What is BEHAR BIKIAK?
A (co) llaborative process where through various events, actions & social dynamics involved people or companies find their soul mate.
1. Because they share the same needs.
2. Because their target is the same audience.
3. Because they find a common points of collaboration.

Different Bikiak Behar will be collected in a lab ecosystem, where connections are created in open source. The display and dissemination of collective intelligence generated will be  in an online space. All Behar Bikiak have a self-managed content such as visual, auditory and written. In this lab  Behar Bikiak meet, mix and evolve creating a local and international network.

IMPACT STORIES by Jose M. Sanchéz and Iranzu Guijarro. The project arose from one innocent conversation at Hub Helsinki between Jose Manuel Sanchez and me, Iranzu Guijarro. Jose is a filmmaker, film editor and enthusiastic spanish boy that I met last year in Helsinki when I was working at Hub Helsinki as a host of the space.

What is IMPACT STORIES?

IMPACT STORIES from Hub Helsinki is a series of videos introducing Hub Helsinki Members. These episodes feature Hub members and their stories as entrepreneurs. Impact Stories have been born through collaboration between small entrepreneurs. They are a good example of how combining their skills, entrepreneurs can create something bigger than working just by their own and where enthusiasm counts more than euros. They are creating a fresh products and services which improve the Finnish economy and atmosphere.

DANCE OF INNOCENCE – Artistic Project – by Jose Manuel Sánchez, Alejandro Lorenzo and me, Iranzu Guijarro.

When I finnished designing my 4 different necklesses, I started thinking about how I can combine my wish of doing a performance and introducing my designs. I arrived at Helsinki on 6th of April, by coincidence, 2 of my best friends from there (Jose M. Sanchez and Alejandro Lorenzo), they were in film edition and photography area. Jose M. Sanchez, filmmaker and edition designer, decided to use the images for a movies competition. And Alejandro Lorenzo, froze the best movements and moments of my performance. Thanks guys!

Some words of Jose and Alejandro. Jose said “Here is a conceptual movie created with Iranzu Guijarro and the collaboration of many others. We made this piece with a lot of love and the never ending inspiration coming from Iran. This was fantastic journey. BILUZTU NAZAZU by Peru Galbete and me, Iranzu Guijarro.

“Biluztu nazazu” is a point of view, a way of seeing things between Peru Galbete, Photographer and me, fan of fashion. The name of the project is in basque, Biluztu nazazu (get me undressed). We got inspire from a basque song of Anari. In her song, she recites some metaphors mixing undress concept with taking off your doubts. Be pure.
